Probably your worst drawing recently, next to the "toblerone" drawing. Her face is too in the middle and small. Her pose is like the same pose you always do for every drawing. Try not to become a 2016 Moobulated where he drew everything with the same poses and facial expressions. Her hand is also really weird. Finger don't bend like that nor do hands even look like that.
